		<description>At this point the neo-conservatives in general and Cheney in particular have so utterly discredited themselves with the Iraq debacle that I don't think that any in Beijing or Washington really cares what he thinks any more.  The people that are actually making policyright now Rice, Gates, and Paulson aren't China hawks, and its not that long before the next election.</description>
