You may not know it, but there are still many places to find a decent fling online. While bots, mods, and n00bs dominate the Yahoo chat rooms and IRC, you can still occasionally find a decent woman in, of all places, an online poker room. Now, I know what youre thinking women DONT play poker, and women DONT use the internet. Well, guess what, youre wrong. Granted, they are by far in the minority but just consider this: if you accept the fact that there IS a percentage of women, and there IS a percentage of women that play poker, then there must be an intersection of those two groups. They can sense it a mile away (unless theyre young, in which case they shouldnt be playing online poker and you shouldnt be hitting on them anyway). The key is to play it cool and wait for the right moment. First, you simply engage in harmless banter with the mark. It doesnt hurt to apply some Pick-Up Artist (PUA) techniques here like negging her, but be careful because its a lot easier for her to just go to another poker room than it would be for a chick to go to another bar if you overstep your bounds. Just play it cool and stay focused on the game, while making some interesting side conversations. The most important key here is to seem friendly, and FUNNY, but not terribly interested. This makes her feel that she needs to work to gain your attention. Once youve got that going, youre golden.

What about my money? you might be saying to yourself. Well, yes, you need to play and play well to show her that youre not some mark yourself. But bare in mind, once youve found that rare creature known as the poker room hottie, youd better take advantage of that opportunity and let card playing actually take a back seat for a bit.
