Keno
Keno is a game which bears a resemblance to the traditional lottery system and was first legalized in China in the year 187 B.C. Keno was basically started to recover the funds for the government and also for the maintenance of the Great Wall Of China. Terminology of Keno
There are various terms that are used while playing keno like Spots, Keno Tickets and Hits to name a few. Some of the terms are given below.
Keno Tickets: This ticket is also known as Keno card as it comprises of eighty numbers out of which a user selects a number in the range from 1 to 80.
Spots: The number which a user selects to play is termed as Spots.
Hits: The winning combination that earns money is entitled as a hit.
Online Keno
Online Keno includes a concept, which is actually a very simple technique added to the traditional Keno. The price money depends on how many numbers a player has predicted and played right. The area where Keno is played is termed as Keno Runners. To play Keno a player has to select a minimum of four numbers that should not be more than ten, ranging between one and eighty. Each selection made by a player is known as a Spot and if a player selects ten numbers it is known as a SPOT GAME.
Terms related to Keno
Usually, three basic terms are used while playing Keno namely Keno Board, Chip Selector and Payout Schedule.
Keno Board: The computer screen is known as Keno Board on which the bets are played and numbers are highlighted.
Chip Selector: The buttons that are used to either increase or decrease the bets before every a new game starts is known as Chip Selector.
Payout Schedule: Payout schedule is a chart that demonstrates the combination of the winning numbers and the left column shows the number of matches a player can have in each game.
